3 Ways to Order

1) Online Ordering

We now offer secure Online Ordering. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted. (As of 3/1/2008, we cannot accept American Express)

The shipping season is usually from Mid-April to Late October, with a break from hot weather in July & August. We do our best to ship near the date requested but orders are often delayed during the peak shipping months of April and May.

Native species are not grown in hothouses. Shipment before evidence of new spring growth is discouraged. Plants going south will ship before ones travelling north. Even though your area may be in Spring bloom, ours may still be frozen. Please be patient in Early Spring!Credit

Orders are usually shipped on Monday or Tuesday (to avoid spending the weekend in a truck) by UPS Ground Service for the Eastern States.

Credit Cards are not processed until your order is shipped. The catalog is not a realtime database. Inventory is checked frequently but the plants do not always cooperate. Suggesting substitution items is encouraged.

Guarantee & Claims

All plants are guaranteed to be healthy and well rooted when shipped. Open cartons and check plants carefully when received -- place in shade -- water if necessary. Claims must be made immediately on receipt of order.

Substitutions - Refunds

Many species are in limited supply. Please order early. If you have paid by check, and we are out of stock and no substitutions are indicated on your order, a refund will be sent under separate cover when your order is shipped. No back orders.
